CIVRO announced the upcoming launch of the 2026 IAF (Ideal Architecture Festival) Global Tour - Singapore Forum. Scheduled for July 22 at the Sands Expo and Convention Centre, this landmark event marks the first overseas stop of the year for the IAF Global Tour, continuing the momentum of its highly successful 2025 international circuit.
Co-organized by CIVRO and the Guangzhou Design Week (GZDW), the forum is held in strategic partnership with the Society of Interior Designers Singapore (SIDS) and the Singapore Institute of Architects (SIA). Set against the backdrop of the 2026 Singapore AF Expo, the event serves as a premier bridge connecting outstanding Chinese and Singaporean architects, designers, and industry pioneers.
A Strategic Milestone: The Grand Opening of CIVRO’s Singapore Operations Center
The timing of the forum aligns with a major corporate milestone: the official opening of the CIVRO Singapore Operations Center. Led by Managing Director Wayne Wen, alongside CIVRO Chairman Mr. Yonghan Tan, the establishment of this new hub represents a decisive step forward in CIVRO’s international expansion. The operations center will serve as the brand’s flagship anchor in Southeast Asia, providing localized, premium architectural solutions directly to the regional market.
"Singapore is the financial and design heart of Southeast Asia," said Wayne Wen, Managing Director of the CIVRO Singapore Operations Center. "By launching the 2026 IAF Global Tour here simultaneously with our new operations hub, we are not just showcasing our systems—we are deeply integrating into the local design ecosystem."
Connecting Global Design Visionaries
The Singapore forum will feature an elite lineup of speakers and panelists exploring the future of cross-border architectural synergy. Notable industry leaders participating in the dialogues include:
Kenny Chia, Director at DP Architects
Ar. Wong Ker How, Founding Partner at ASOLIDPLAN
Molina Hun, Design Director at Sujonohun & Parenthesis
Ar. Yvette Koh, Studio Director at Gensler (Singapore)
Asih Jenie, Editor-in-Chief of Tatler Homes Singapore
Tung Ching Yew, Former President of SIDS
Following the daytime academic exchanges, CIVRO will co-host the exclusive Matchmaking Reception & IAF Appreciation Dinner on July 23. This private networking event will facilitate direct, high-level business matchmaking between Chinese pan-home industry executives and key decision-makers from Singapore’s real estate and design sectors.
Deepening the Southeast Asian Footprint
As the global strategic partner of the IAF Ideal Architecture Festival, CIVRO’s international roadmap moves in perfect harmony with the festival's "Going Global" vision. The synergistic combination of the IAF academic platform and the new Singapore Operations Center is poised to significantly accelerate CIVRO’s brand recognition, fostering long-term growth across Singapore and the broader Southeast Asian market.
