CIVRO New Inwards-opening Window Hardware

CIVRO announces the pre-launch of its cutting-edge inward-opening window hardware system, optimized for modular tilt-turn windows in the X Series and P Series. This innovative window hardware solution is engineered to simplify window installation, enhance safety, and deliver best-in-class corrosion resistance and micro-ventilation performance.

Target Systems & Compatibility

X Series Tilt-Turn Windows: XW55IN, XW65IN, XW75IN, XW80IN, XWS90IN, XWS100IN, XW85IN_BC, XW95IN_BC

P Series Tilt-Turn Windows: PW80IN

Key Features & Benefits

1. Modular Design Reducing Training Curve

65% fewer components than prior generation—one unified modular window hardware platform for rapid window installation and low-skill commissioning.

2. Visualised Adjustment & Precision Installation

Integrated visual indicators and snap-fit linkage templates eliminate manual measuring, ensuring precise alignment and faster build-in.

3. Four Lockable Opening Modes

Modes: Turn & Tilt, Tilt & Turn, Tilt-Locked, Turn-Locked. Prevent incorrect operation and reduce hardware damage during installation.

4. Enhanced Corrosion Resistance & Load Capacity

Optional Grade 5 anti-corrosion treatment on zinc alloy, stainless-steel hinges; supports sash up to 200 kg, max height 3 000 mm and width 1 700 mm.

5. Ultra-Wide 0°–180° Opening

XW Series achieves full 0°–180° opening for optimized indoor space and safety, with optional 90° friction stay.

6. Non-Convection Micro-Ventilation

“Virtual overlap” frame design delivers a 17 mm micro-ventilation gap—30–120 m³/h ventilation without convective drafts, preserving indoor temperature.

7. Adjustable Tilt-In Ventilation

Two tilt-in depths (130 mm/170 mm) for customizable airflow control in variable climates.

8. Adjustable Anti-Sway Resistance

Integrated buffer latch prevents sash suction in high-rise applications, enhancing ventilation stability and safety.
