Nestled deep within the serene embrace of China’s Huangshan region, The Six Season Vacation Manor stands as a poetic dialogue between architecture and nature - a retreat that celebrates tranquillity, artistry, and craftsmanship. Spread across 130 acres of pristine landscape, this exclusive sanctuary hosts only 10 guest rooms, each offering an experience of elegant isolation and refined luxury.

More than just a resort, The Six Season is a philosophy - one that values the harmony between human dwelling and natural rhythm. Every structure, every material, every frame of view is designed to bring light, air, and nature into perfect conversation. And at the heart of this architectural harmony lies CIVRO, whose door and window systems define the project’s visual purity and tactile sophistication.

Where Architecture Breathes with Nature

The architectural concept of The Six Season draws inspiration from the rustic charm of Southern France - open courtyards, earthy materials, and façades that invite the changing moods of the seasons to play upon them. The manor’s designers sought to dissolve boundaries between indoors and outdoors, turning every frame into a living painting.

To achieve this seamless transition, the project embraced CIVRO’s AD80FD folding door system. Its precise engineering allows wide openings that erase the distinction between private space and the natural world outside. Whether folded open to welcome the morning light or closed to frame the evening’s mist, the system delivers both performance and poetry — a delicate balance that defines CIVRO’s design ethos.

Design Precision Meets Natural Serenity

Every window and door in The Six Season Manor has been thoughtfully curated to echo the architectural intent. The XW65 arched fixed window, with its elegant curvature, captures the soft contours of the surrounding hills while complementing the traditional stone textures of the manor’s façade. The XD63SS_65 + XW65IN sliding door and inward-opening window combination ensures spatial flexibility, allowing natural ventilation and unobstructed views.

Meanwhile, the XD63_LS65 lift-and-slide door paired with XW65OU outward-opening windows provides effortless operation and superior insulation - a key factor in maintaining comfort throughout Huangshan’s dynamic seasons.

Each system not only performs to the highest technical standard but also narrates a design story — one of proportion, materiality, and light.

The MED Finish: Where Touch Meets Time

The surfaces of The Six Season’s aluminium systems are treated with CIVRO’s exclusive MED surface technology - a proprietary finish that transforms metal into a material of depth and emotion. Unlike conventional coatings, MED adds a subtle matte texture, warm to the touch and timeless in appearance.

The result is not merely aesthetic refinement, but a sensory experience that resonates with the manor’s soul. Guests often describe the windows and doors as “alive with light,” a sentiment that echoes the project’s pursuit of poetic minimalism - modern yet human, solid yet soft

Designers’ Choice, Guests’ Delight

The collaboration between the manor’s design team and CIVRO was guided by a shared belief: that architectural products should disappear into beauty, not dominate it. CIVRO’s systems serve as a frame - both literally and metaphorically - through which the natural world becomes part of everyday living.

Guests who have stayed at The Six Season describe the experience as “a dialogue with stillness.” They speak of waking up to the gentle light filtered through CIVRO’s perfectly sealed glass, of walking through folding doors that blur the line between terrace and room, and of feeling the air shift - seamless, effortless, like the breath of the landscape itself.

Such feedback reflects more than satisfaction; it is the embodiment of CIVRO’s commitment to human-centred design - where technical mastery serves emotional connection.

Framing the Future of Architectural Living

The Six Season Vacation Manor stands today not only as a destination but as a statement - proof that great architecture is not about grandeur, but precision, detail, and dialogue. In this project, CIVRO’s doors and windows do more than enclose space; they articulate atmosphere.

They show that design excellence lies in restraint - in knowing when to reveal, when to protect, and when to simply let nature speak.

From the first ray of sunrise reflecting off the curved glass of an XW65 arched window, to the quiet close of an AD80FD folding door at dusk, every movement here is poetry framed by CIVRO.
